A wider band often means a ring is needed in a half size bigger than usual. If in doubt, have your local jeweller measure your finger with both a wide and narrow finger guage.

HOW TO ORDER:

You can place your order: By phone, fax or by filling in the order form below.

Payment is accepted through: Paypal if you have a Paypal account ----align< align="left">="left"> Credit card through Paypal (you will be guided how set up a Paypal account - it only takes 5 minutes) Cheque (send to the 'Mayfair House' address with your name, address & order ref.)

Orders to be manufactured: Are normally delivered within 4-6 weeks upon receipt of paymentalign< Orders for pieces held in stock: Are delivered upon receipt of payment

Orders are sent: Via Special Delivery for which there is £4.50 charge

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

1. 1. Place your order by phone (after 8pm), fax or by filling in the order form below and clicking 'SUBMIT FORM'. If phoning or faxing you will need to provide all the details that are required on the order form below.
3. 2. We will email you your invoice. There wil be a link on the invoice to click whether you are paying by Paypal /credit card. If you would like to pay by cheque we can post or fax you a paper invoice.

Please be aware that although every effort has been made to accurately reproduce the jewellery images for the web, limitations of web colour palettes and the settings on your own monitor may mean that actual colours differ very slightly from those in the pictures.

For similar reasons, due to the variations of PCs, it is not possible to show the jewellery actual size.

Rock Chic will not dispatch orders to PO Box addresses.

Rock Chic reserves the right to refuse any order.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, Rock Chic will refund or replace the item.

As all goods are made to order, Rock Chic will not exchange or refund apart from in the event of a manufacturing defect.

In the event of customer damage, Rock Chic will undertake to organise the repair of the item at the customer's cost.

If the customer wishes to cancel their order, provided Rock Chic has not already incurred related costs or started manufacturing the item, then payment is fully returnable. Be aware however, that as Rock Chic is keen not to disappoint, manufacturing usually begins immediately on receipt of payment.
